Abstract
Relationships among shift work related problems, general physical and psychological health, and job shift satisfaction and preference were examined for 732 plant operators working on a 28-day rotating shift schedule. The obtained low to moderate correlations were explained in terms of variability in adaptation and adjustment to shift schedules, aging, and community facilitation.
